Before starting Coakley Strategic Solutions, Jay served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Central Bancompany, where he managed customer acquisition and retail profitability strategies for the corporation. Central Bancompany, a 2008 Top Financial Performer, is a $9 billion bank holding company with thirteen chartered banks serving Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. Jay also works with future bank leaders as an instructor with the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He has also spoken for the Illinois and Missouri Bankers Associations. Jay was also honored for his work in the area of new demand deposit product development with a Harvard Business School case study.
